At Rein Gizmo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and tags.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Shipping: You must ship the item back within 3 business days after receiving the return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or arranged per our cash-on-delivery terms.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are not returned in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue for quick resolution.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Wearables that have been worn or altered

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Late or Missing Refunds
